 Most Eu locations Sweden, Finland, Swiss, Germany, France, Denmark, Low Countries, Italy, Spain & Portugal  Eu & UK parcel orders are dispatched via DPD Tracked Courier or Royal Mail depending on weight or Value.

   International & Rest Of World orders are dispatched via Royal Mail TNT UPS or DHL Worldwide service.

Shipping charges quoted on our website when ordering are weight based "Single consignment" estimates only and the shipping charges may be higher outside of the EU! We will confirm the actual postage costs by email to you UNLESS the postage costs are already within the scope of the quotation displayed at the checkout stage. Multiple parcel orders for Large bulky Items such as top boxes & Trax side cases may have to be charged an additional tariff according to the number of parcels or weight of the consignment. European Union.
Tariffs may vary within the EU depending on the service to a particular geographical location. Eg, Remote areas or EU Offshore Islands.  Parcels are only dispatched on weekdays - Not Sat or Sun.

Other Destinations. Australia New Zealand Etc.
Minimum £15.00 (Some areas) Upwards of £50.00 depending on the weight/volume of the consignment. Non EU destinations are exempt of UK Sales Tax (VAT) and this Tax will be deducted from the website price at the checkout. Customers residing outside of the European Union

DISPATCH & DELIVERY: Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched subject to availablity from our suppliers & manufacturers as stock levels vary with seasonal demand.

“Our aim is to despatch your order within 48 hours. But, If an item is out of stock or, if you have ordered a non stocked or Special order item, then we will endeavour to contact you by email or phone to arrange an alternative dispatch date or, a "refund”

If your order is confirmed and paid for by 10.00am Monday to Thursday then under normal conditions (Subject to stock availablity!) you could receive next (working) day delivery. (depending on Royal Mail or Courier)

Delivery will be made by the most appropriate method according to the value/weight of goods ordered. This could be First Class Post, DPD Courier, UPS, TNT or other reputable parcel carrier.
Combinations of these methods may be used for orders that are part-despatched. There is no additional charge for part-despatched orders.

We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can normally expect delivery within 48 hours for most "Stocked items" If any items are out of stock, we will try to inform you of an expected delivery date or offer a refund of any payment.
Our business hours of opening are between 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday. But orders may be placed online 24/7.

As we are an internet-only company, our premises are not open to the general public.
Holiday notices will be posted on the main page of this site in advance.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation in writing. Any goods accepted for credit must be returned in new condition and with the original packaging, and will be credited at your cost, postage fees are non refundable for goods supplied correctly. If we supply Incorrectly ordered goods or faulty goods we will cover the return postage but only via our own returns/collection service.

No quibble 30 days return policy (Minimum) Full credit or replacement, at our discretion will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Please be aware that luggage systems are not guaranteed to be waterproof. Some water "Ingress" is to be expected unless the goods are described as "Waterproof" we will not consider water ingress as faulty goods or a manufacturing defect. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these electrical parts cannot be returned for refund.
