With the America and Speedmaster, Triumph have shown the world that they can make the definitive middleweight cruiser. Styling, comfort and quality are simply superb, and being Triumphs, they go round corners too.
With cruisers, it’s all about the extras – those accessories that make the bike yours. Better pipes, more chrome – and a screen of course. There are several big touring screens on the market, which no doubt work well for long distance work, but what about a smaller screen for summer? Check out the Dart Classic flyscreen.
As always, we wanted our screen to look like a stock item. That means quality materials throughout. The brackets in this case are laser cut from 2.5mm stainless steel, and brushed to match the fork covers. We also found an innovative and discreet way of mounting it, which maintains the clean lines of the front end.
All brackets are precision laser cut from aluminium alloy, then CNC folded and finished with hard anodising. All fasteners are stainless steel and the screen is injection moulded from high impact Plexiglas acrylic resin and finished with a rounded, polished bead around the perimeter. The rubber grommets slip into recessed areas for the fittings for a smooth line.
Supplied boxed, with full fitting instructions. Fitting time is approximately 15 min and requires a 13mm spanner and 4mm Allen key.
